July 2024, hello and welcome. Anu-Soma Healthcare (USA) is the business operations unit for three prescription medical products. Each branded product is multi-dimensional and has a tangible component that is integrated with an actionable digital technology patient treatment. For example, WavePhysio™ is a non-invasive, wireless, handheld physio-therapeutic device that is coupled with a personalized digital patient treatment. In a value added manner, this proprietary coupling enables WavePhysio™ to address the complexity of co-occurring medical conditions.

As a business operating unit, the Anu-Soma team oversees regulatory and medical affairs, intellectual property, accounting and financial matters, U.S. federal/state contracts, and patient eligibility. Our administrative team also coordinates the supply and distribution for each branded medical product. Our business operations comply with ISO 13485 quality management standards and engage HIPPA compliant applications and workflow utilization.

Essentially, the Anu-Soma team gives life, voice and engagement to our three diverse digital technologies. Our in-house, full time, administrative team consists of computer scientists that effectuate the software architecture, the back end development and the front facing usability for the three Rx medical treatments. Cyber security and data privacy are integral priorities among our team. Mobile app development, web/product design, public relations, and multichannel engagement and communications also have essential roles among our collaborative team. Essentially, we use visual design as a catalyst for interactive digital experiences that inform, educate, and message.

Additionally, we have several in-house (human) on-boarding ambassadors that guide access, utilization and interaction for these digital treatments to practitioners and patients. These instructive ambassadors guide navigation for the digital treatments. They do not impart health or medical communications.

Anu-Soma has an FDA regulated, HIPPA compliant, medical product entering the market during the fourth quarter of 2024. Our second medical product is anticipated to enter the market quarter two of 2025. The third product is anticipated to enter the market in the fourth quarter of 2025. These prescription products uniquely expand medical management for pre-habilitation aging medicine, oncological care and gynecological care.

Anu-Soma’s participatory therapeutics are educative, introspective and actionable. Our Rx patient centered medical treatments are coupled with digital technology, however these treatments are not tele-health, do not utilize a virtual counselor, and are not health coaching.
